Delivered 110 water heaters here. Easy enough to find, just look for the green sky walk and their receiving door is just before that on the left side. I spent the night on site since i had an 0700 appt. Dock is a little tight to back into. I just pulled into the dock in front of LLD's dock and straight backed in, just have to watch the posts and awning bracket on dock 18. Nice people work here, just a little slow at unloading.

Nice friendly a little bit tight to get a tractor trailer.

They have a great selection for your plumbing needs. After checking with other suppliers and striking out, I called L L Dopkin and found what I needed. Many times they do do not have anyone at the counter, so you will have to go into the warehouse. But that is a small price to pay to get what you need.

Poor customer service. I've been here for 20 minutes. I've seen 2 employees. 1preparing the receipts and cash for eob (end of business) for the day another checking out customers. Neither of them has so much as acknowledged my presence, except 1 raised his head when I walked in the door. The one preparing for eob for the day was in the room with me alone for 3 or so minutes. He hardly looked at me, and surely didn't greet me. This is the type of customer service that makes me okay with spending my money at big box stores.

Very tuff on appointments make sure broker set the right time specially scottlyn USA division coming at 1pm they don’t want to take the load schedule for next day at 8
