Superior fence was great to work with! Brandon was the salesperson the initially came out for a quote and he was great to work with. He came exactly at the time he had given and gave us a quote the same day. He was very responsive during his communication and answered all my questions and noted my requests. Paulette got involved once we finalized our fence option and got the permit approved. She had clear communication and called in multiple times to provide updates. The fence installers came right on time and had the fence up in about 10 hours for 280 feet of fence with a double gate and 4 foot gate. They were very efficient and left the yard spotless post installation. They did a walk through after and were super respectful and tidy with their work. We got quotes from about 6 different

This is a fantastic company. Brandon was our sales consultant and he did an amazing job and was very communicative for all of our needs. Paulette was also so friendly and kind to work with. Our backyard is still a work in progress for growing grass and adding a patio, but when a tree fell on our fence we had to shift priorities. The team did my entire fence as well as parts of 2 neighbors (townhouse) all in 1 day. They were very efficient and the quality of the work is excellent. This whole team of people really are amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing a fence.

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team was very clear about what was possible and what wasn’t, and they were incredibly patient as we worked through different options to find the right fit for our home. They also have us the most reasonable price amongst many other contractors we spoke to. They handled all the permitting and kept us in the loop while approvals were pending, which made the process much easier on our end. Installation was completed in a single day and was done efficiently and professionally. They followed our requests exactly and made sure to communicate any limitations or last-minute adjustments before moving forward, so there were no surprises. In the end, the fence fits our home perfectly and looks great—we couldn’t be happier with the result and our dog

From the office manager, Paulette to the salesman Brandon, to the install headed up by Christian- Superior Fence and Rail is truly a great company to work with. From the start Brandon reassured me and answered my many questions about this fence install as this was the 1st time doing this. Paulette, the always available office manager, smoothly handled, and was in constant contact with me when there was a delay from Miss Utility to mark my property. Kudos also goes out to Christian and his team of 5 who were the hard- working and skilled installers working in the dead of Jan in cold and windy temps. Furthermore the fence was timely installed within a month of paying the 1st payment, as it had been on special order. A shout out also goes to Brandon the salesman, again, who came out 2x o
