I would like to thank Melissa, Bruce and Zach of Nagler Duct & Vent Cleaning for the outstanding professionalism they exhibited in not only coordinating but commencing the detailed cleaning of our house duct and supply lines. Their work is very clean and they provided before and after pictures of all the duct work. I was really amazed at their enthusiasm in explaining in detail every aspect of what they were doing. Dust, dog hair, bugs and pieces of wood were removed. They even extracted a small segment of carpet. Their work was sure worth the money. Although their rating goes as high as 5 stars, I would give them a 10! I have a feeling the sneezing will finally stop! Please be kind to this crew. They sure deserve the respect!

We hired Naegler Ducts to clean and seal our ducts with Aeroseal. I believe the work was essentially a (not necessarily dishonest) performance, including seemingly impressive pictures and a report, that actually accomplished very little or nothing (and a waste of more than $2,300 and several days of time). Regarding the cleaning, all the pictures in this review were taken after the ducts were supposedly cleaned (but from different locations than where the professionals took their pictures, generally more internal to the ducts). The guys perform the cleaning by hooking up a vacuum to the duct system near the main air handler. Then they stick an air hose with an agitator down the vents and, in theory, blow the dust and gunk into the vacuum. It’s a good concept. However, in general, the

This is an excellent comment that offers a great service that most people overlook. My ducts have never been cleaned in the 28 yrs I’ve lived in my house. I have always kept my filters changed on time and it’s amazing how much buildup lives in your hvac dicts. The crew was clean, organized and described everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. Then before and after photos are cool too!

If you are looking for an amazing local family business that is honest and does great work, then you have found it with Nagler. Ryan and his team are thorough, honest and do great work. Their communication is top-notch. I've had past work done over the years with tnem but recently, I thought I needed my dryer vent cleaned. They came and serviced it but was extremely honest and let me know I didn't need it done as my vent was super clean. I would have never known but they were honest and refunded me for the service. I highly recommend them!

Nalger Duct Cleaning was very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Trevor and his assistant took great care to keep my house clean, and ensured that everything was put back where it belonged. Trevor did an excellent job and I will definitely be calling Nagler next time I need the ducts cleaned.
