As a business owner, I have worked with Design Logistics for many years. The quality of services and the professionalism of the crew and staff are second to none. From receiving and storage to installations and relocations, there is not another company I have found to compare. They are on time, pleasant, and always professional with my clients. I have been an Interior Designer in Atlanta for 30 years, and used many receiving and delivery warehouses. Design Logistics is one of my longest running relationships with excellent communication and service. They are a great help when there is shipping damage, always a part of our business. An excellent service company.

Such a poor experience. I was referred to them by the restoration company cleaning my mirror. Since I live about 45 miles away, their $500 fee, while high, I accepted given they were represented as a white glove service for expensive artwork. Their two movers recommended having three on the return since they would be re hanging my large and awkwardly placed mirror. Unfortunately they decided to use four movers, without my prior approval, which increased the fee to $875. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they left finger prints on my newly cleaned mirror. All in all a really poor experience. Would not recommend.

Stay as far away as you can. Hidden fees everywhere and said my furniture was completely broken and not acceptable when delivered to them. I didn't believe that all 5 pieces were broken so I drove up there myself. 4 of the 5 were in perfect condition. So left the one broken piece behind, no Design Logistics wants to charge me for it to be disposed of. This is after they advised me to leave it behind. Also they forgot to mention they were closed the entire week of July 4th holiday that when the delivery company showed up it had to be shipped back to WV which caused a 4 week delay in getting my furniture. Officially the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. My advice, find anyone else!
