Designer Cabinets

I was very happy with Designer Cabinets. Paul was great to work with. Very friendly and was excellent communicating through every step of the process. The price was very good and the installation went smoothly. Best of all the cabinets are absolutely beautiful!

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Designer Cabinets. Cari could not have been more helpful! She communicated very well and worked to make sure we were getting what we wanted while staying within our budget. Never once felt like we were being sold to, just great customer service. Highly recommend!

I’m one of those difficult customers, wanting the best on a budget and Paul helped me to design the kitchen of my dreams! We had to tweak it a few times making adjustments for design and budget and it ended up just beautiful! Thank you for all you did, we’ve had many great meals with a large Thanksgiving family gathering that was enjoyed by all.

While they will come across as super friendly and helpful at the beginning soon enough if you want to discuss design changes there is an air of annoyance with them. I was very close to ordering but I couldn't get clarity on the designs since I had a wall that had some unique aspects to it. I would keep requesting if they could call back but the owner just didn't care. While they may offer a good price, I would be very careful if you are ordering online with them. Might never be able to get a hold of them or deal with a frustrated owner.

(My rating is actually 4.5.) I recently ordered cabinets from DCO and found Paul to be very responsive and courteous. I had some issues with the manufacturer, which is not under Paul's control, but he readily resolved for me. He definitely wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. I also don't think you can beat his pricing.
