This is my favorite laundry mat in Michigan City ! Susie & the staff are always hustling to keep it clean, they are also friendly & helpful. They have a working bathroom & staff is always there so you feel safe. There’s a new drive thru Duncan Donuts across the street. I always a pleasant experience. Thank you

I used to loveee this place until these employees that work here keep on locking the damn back entrance all because they want to and can .. ok understandable at night .. it's 2:10pm daytime and I don't like to take my laundry from the back to leave out ther front when I'm parked in the back and it's easier for me to leave with my laundry in the back door .. what's the purpose of the back exit if they want to keep locking it .. Rude !

Laundry attendant was incredibly rude and called the police on me for exchanging cash for coins. I hardly even spoke to the coin-gatekeeping karen.

Susan is always very friendly and helpful when I come here to do my laundry!!
