Dew Drop Lawn Sprinklers

I don’t usually write reviews, but Dew Drop went above and beyond yesterday for my sprinkler emergency. I had a major leak with water everywhere and I called after hours and left a message. Dew Drop called me even after the office was closed and sent THE OWNER to my house last night to make sure the water was turned off. They called me first thing in the morning (like they said they would) and scheduled the repair work. Great customer service!

We have used dew drop for 5 seasons now. Landscaper cut power to sprinklers while redoing my lawn and beds. We noticed a day later. Dew drop showed up same day and fit us in to ensure we did not have our new plants die. Great service and focused on the customer first.

Today I had my irrigation system activated and repaired. Owen, the technician, was punctual, informative, polite. I have used Dew Drop for over 10 years and am surprised by the reviews I see here. The office staff is kind and efficient. Technicians have always been punctual and professional. I have no complaints and can highly recommend.

Happy summer everyone, I recently deleted a message I had posted looking for a new and reliable sprinkler system company, I didn’t know exactly what was going on at Dew Drop Sprinklers on Monmouth Rd , this is a company that I’ve done business for over 40 years, and getting exceptional excellent service. The original owners Bob and Carol treated all their customers as family and after Bob and Carol retired their son Timmy kept the company going with a partner named Steven whom Bob sold to. I’ve always have received great service but this year as I was contacting them for service I noticed something had changed, I did some internet search and was actually blown away by some negative remarks aimed at Dew Drop from his own partner Steven, OMG Heads UP EVERYONE who does that, anyway Steven o

I have been using them for about 6 years, always working in the background. Just working quietly and taking care of my system. After a big landscaping project they said as per the project they would wave the winterization, that year. The winterization invoice to me slipped through and I paid it not realizing the mistake. They returned my payment, reminding me that they waved it. Very honorable thing to do. That prompted me to write this review but overall never had issues and feel like the price for doing so is reasonable.
