They were fantastic! We got a quote from another outfit and they quoted us a price of $7,250.00 dollars (cash on delivery no less). We were, of course, very upset, but had no water so we agreed. A friend of mine said call Dewey Wright. I called and they came out within the hour. They gave us a quote of $3,000, which thrilled us. The guys came out for the work in less than an hour. They were the best! Did great work, replaced the pump and pressure tank. By the late afternoon we had water. I said “how do we pay”? He said we’ll send you bill in the mail “. No COD! We got the bill and it was 2,150 dollars. They saved us 5,000.00. We have never been so happy to pay $2,000.00. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Helpful, friendly in at every turn. Saving 5,000.00 meant so much to us!

I couldn’t be more impressed or satisfied with this company. Heather in the office was very pleasant and helpful, and kept us up to date on the status of our ticket. Chuck and Justin came out to address our issue and they were just awesome. They thoroughly diagnosed our issue and made repairs. They took the time to give us an education on our system and how to care for it and protect it. Excellent experience.

Dewey Well & Pump Co was a pleasure to work with on the commercial water well recently installed at our company's new retail store. We have to be particular who we use for our Public Water Supply systems. They must be able to handle not only the construction, but also the extensive paperwork that needs to be filed with the county and NCDENR.
