⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diamond Home Improvement is a solid spot with a great selection of building materials. We were able to find exactly what we needed quickly and were in and out without a problem. The staff seemed helpful, and the layout made it easy to navigate inside. The only downside is the parking situation—it’s not a huge lot, so maneuvering a bigger rig or trailer can be a bit tricky. Turning in and out of the location can also be tight, so just plan ahead if you're coming in with a larger vehicle. Overall, a great store with what you need—just be ready for a bit of a squeeze in the lot.

I've been shopping here for a few years now and have never had a problem until today. I use a backpack to carry my things since I ride a motorcycle and today an employee asked me to put it behind their counter which has never happened before. I will never surrender my personal items to a store or employees I don't know. I understand they are doing it to prevent theft, but it's still insane to ask anyone to leave their stuff in the care of people you don't know and who knows what will happen to it while it's in their possession. I know one person refusing to shop here won't hurt them, but I don't plan on returning since Home Depot hasn't asked me to do this.

This store is a mess. First of all, putting an unfriendly employee up front is death. The little man who works the register at the main entrance isn't friendly, & I'd only go to this store if they had something no other store had, which of course isn't very likely. The fastener prices here are absolutely insane. I mean, nuts & bolts are 3 or 4 times more than they are at home depot. Also why is the store such a mess? I get it that they're reorganizing but why not take 6 employees over a week's worth of third shifts and get it done? The power tools not only are locked up, but there's no prices there, so even though I can sort of see them behind the grate, I don't know what the cost is so what am I supposed to do? How much of my time am I supposed to waste trying to accomplish something as

The staff is kind and very helpful. They will show you where a item is that your looking for and even offer suggestions. They have just about everything you may need to repair or remodel your home.

Since Diamond got bought out the service is horrible, not enough workers, machines always down and you can't find anything. What happened to all the friendly employees? Do better Klamath Falls Diamond
