My neighbor recommended Eugene and Diamond and I owe him a nice bottle of wine for doing so. Obviously getting a new roof is at best a twice in a lifetime event that can be stressful with all the roofers and options out there. Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. Always transparent with options and updates. His crew was professional and left the workspace spotless. Most importantly the roof looks great and it was done at a reasonable price compared to the other estimates I received.

I got several quotes for my re-roofing project and Diamond Roofing & Construction came in with the best quote. Eugene's team did an excellent job and he kept me informed of the progress throughout. Extremely good work. I feel like I paid a fair price and the work is way beyond my expectations. I'm usually the guy that fixes my friends and older neighbors roof problems, but replacing a roof was too much for me. I have been planning a new roof for 3-4 years and spent the time surveying work done around where I live. Diamond Roofing did my neighbor's house which had a flat roof and I was very impressed by how they consistently overlapped the sheets correctly. Beautiful origami on a difficult roof. I called for quotes and their price came in at about the middle. I was keen to have a bunch of tiedowns on the roof after they left - more than is strictly necessary and they were happy to oblige. I opted for malarkey legacy shingles in silverwood. It is a color with higher reflectivity so

Contracted Diamond Roofing from group of four bids. They were mid-price with detailed bid and Eugene provided full information on all materials and how work would proceed. His crew began on time, worked efficiently, and were very conscientious about maintaining a clean work site and neat storage of material throughout their work. During the job they found some unexpected water damage not noted by any of the estimators. Eugene presented clear options a recommendations and I was provided with photographs of damage and repair at each step. Eugene included in the original estimate for 10 sheets of plywood and had to use a few more— some other contractors would have charged for all plywood. The final result was excellent; far more resilient than my original roof.
