Diligent Exterior Remodeling

A couple years after install you'll begin to notice things that leave you wondering if you chose the right contractor. The corner cutting you don't notice right away because you are not an expert become aparent after some time living with it. The people you work with to plan the project are going to be vastly different than those working it. None of their marketing shows who's going to do the install. From what I experienced, they send someone in to install, you try to detail everything you find wrong and they send in one of the smiling faces you see on the website to dress it up enough you'll hand over the check. I'm left wondering what else is wrong where I can't see.

The response from Diligent is misleading, they did come out with the provia rep, it was clear that they had coordinated their response. Neither party had any thermal imaging or humidity meter they just did a visual inspection on a couple windows while slapping each other on the back about the outstanding job that was done. Neither party looked outside at the missing caulking on the outside pictures dont lie. I have my doubts about additional insulation being added and will find out soon as it warms up. Ignore their response nothing has been resolved. Had 18 provia windows installed, nearly half the windows had missing or damaged seals and the plastic window tilt latches came off in my hand when trying to tilt the window. Diligent is a fantastic company that we used for our roof and window replacements. Andrew took the time to discuss different options with us and had great suggestions on roof colors that ended up being exactly what we wanted. The roof project was completed in a single day with minimal cleanup and fantastic results. Seth found a solution to fix a visibility issue with our kitchen window by changing the window sizes and moving the sash out of eye-level. He also performed phenomenal work replacing our windows. Diligent is extremely professional and we enjoyed working with Andrew and Seth throughout the entire process. We plan on using them again for our remaining exterior projects!

Just before the pandemic my husband ask a well know window replacement company for a quote. I looked at the quote and figured that it just wasn’t going to happen. This year in talking to quite a few neighbors Diligent Exterior Remodeling was highly recommended by each one of them. I had them give me a quote which was significantly less than the 1st quote by the other company. The quote was very reasonable. I was impressed with the timeline given. The crew that came out was awesome. They were polite, respectful and clean. They had completed the job in a day. I am love our new windows. We were so pleased we ordered a replacement front door. Diligent Exterior Remodeling just completed a flawless roof replacement for my parents, who are in their 80s. Their roof was old and had several layers of shingles; they were concerned it might fail in the next big storm. I recommended Diligent because I knew they'd treat my parents and their roof installation with the utmost care. Seth, Todd, and Andrew did everything they could to make the job smooth and professional. They were friendly and communicated when there were minor changes to the schedule. They helped my parents make a color/style selection, were in touch regularly, explained the process, and encouraged questions. It was a pleasure working with Diligent and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for exterior remodeling services.
