Distinctive Granite & Marble

I have done a substantial amount of business with this company over the last 15 years while renovating 2 homes. I feel there's been a substantial decline in service especially in the last couple of years. Issues include very long lead times, errors in fabrication, mediocre installations and lack of friendly customer service. The final straw was when i asked for a technician to evaulate an install and was quickly referred to my contract ("as is" remnant in small print and not mentioned by representative) and told that it was normal wear snd tear even though install had occurred about 2 months (not years) and the vanity is located in a rarely used bathroom. We had a very unique situation in creating an outdoor eating space at our motorcoach lot in Hilton head. We had a very specific idea in mind to fit the bill. Tabetha worked with us to develop our idea from conception into the perfect finish! Her understanding of operational procedures within the company allowed us to fabricate a very custom table that fit like a glove. Her communication throughout the process was accurate and most pleasant. Everything about Distinctive Granite was five star from start to finish!

A small pocket of excellence in the low country. I live in Atlanta and have a small short term rental condo in Hilton head Island South Carolina. We chose to remodel our kitchen and I had a vision of a certain type of granite that I wanted to use in my rental. I went to two different granite companies in Hilton Head and I was not finding what I wanted. One gal told me they would not order anything off the lot and I could not tell them where to seam.
