I had an excellent experience at this dive shop. I brought in a leaking KM27, and John took the time to help me diagnose the issue and fix it on the spot. Not only did he repair it, but he also taught me how to address the problem myself in the future. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher, and I really appreciated that he took time out of his day to service my helmet without an appointment. Joney was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a Miller harness that needed repair and additional weights added, and Joney immediately knew exactly what we needed and had the right tools to get it done properly. I have been trying for several weeks to receive a simple price quote on some gear I was hoping to order from a local shop and am extremely disappointed with this places level of correspondence! Several times I've been promised calls back or an email with details I've been requesting and I've finally reached a point where I do not feel my business was/is important to them! DCI does it again! For over 8 years now, I have called in to their friendly, knowledgeable staff, with some ridiculous last minute request, and every time they have gone the extra mile to come through for us. If our clients are demanding, then I can only imagine how we come across to DCI to supply us with last minute diving equipment to accomplish our projects, and they come through for us each and every time!! Thank you DCI for making us look like rock stars to our clients! We couldn't be this successful without your amazing support!

Every time I need anything to do with my hat or any personal items I turn to Dive commercial first. The staff is always helpful and very outgoing. They have very competitive prices even with shipping to Louisiana.

I'm a recreational Mk V diver and have had to educte myself about surface air controllers and DCI helped me find what I needed. The real comment here is that DCI had a better source for me than themselves and they sent me there. I think that is a business ethic of the highest order
