We were ready to downsize to a smaller home about 4-5 years to the Keller/North Richland Hills area and began to look for a custom builder.. As we interviewed and searched for the perfect match for us, we connected with d'Lee Properties. It was an absolute joy to work with Lee and her team throughout the process of building our new home. Her gift for interior design, managing her subs and keeping us in the loop was amazing. She is gifted in so many ways that reflect the excellence that you will see in her custom homes. She always treated us like we were her number #1 client when we knew she had several other projects. Her attention to detail, relationship with her subs, eye for excellence and consistent communication with us all created an amazing/fun experience to build our home.

Lee is a great builder and easy to work with. She teams up with a great architect, and subs she has worked with for decades. We moved in one of her spec homes years ago; and when we decided to build our dream home, she was the right choice. In reality, building a home always has its problems and delays, but Lee worked with us very well to solve problems and manage expectations. I highly recommend Lee!
