Jason and his team were wonderful! We had an issue with another septic company telling us completely untrue things about our current septic. Jason’s team took the time to listen to our issue, complete a thorough inspection and also talk through and explain the findings. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help when most companies wouldn’t. I highly recommend them.

Would give a zero star review if I could. He’s been working with my parents, and I’ve listened to their frustrations. After coming home and seeing the work he has done that is incomplete and done incorrectly, it’s clear why they’re frustrated. He stopped answering phone calls and texts altogether pretty quickly. We now have unhappy neighbors because his performance is affecting them as well. Calling him from a different phone number he answers immediately and then says he’s not coming back because “you guys are a pain.” He’s completely unprofessional and got annoyed at our frustration after telling us he’d be here three different times and didn’t show up. Shotty work, unreliable, and unprofessional.

Didn’t even finish the job! You don’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible work ethic and terrible customer service.

It’d be nice if they finished what they started. But I guess they did start… you get one star for that!
