After years of being a loyal customer at the Dollar Tree in the Steel Yard, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and shock regarding an incident that occurred during my visit today. Due to the unprofessional and deliberately disrespectful actions of an employee named Jada, I regret to state that I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. The situation unfolded as follows: I entered the checkout line with four customers ahead of me. Upon making eye contact with cashier Jada, she immediately turned off her lane light in what appeared to be a deliberate attempt to avoid assisting waiting customers. She then walked away from her register for approximately thirty seconds. Upon returning, she instructed the customer directly behind me to approach her counter, bypassing me

Went to checkout. No cashier was at the register, but the light was on. I asked the other cashier was my lane open. She stated, "Yes, she's right here, I'm ringing her out." Why is a cashier on the clock shopping while several customers are waiting in her line?

I looked online and was told they had glue gun mats in stock here. I drove 25 mins to come here. The employee had the craft isle blocked off with two skids while she was stocking. (The store is full of skids blocking the isles) The employee did not attempt to move the Skids so I could get down the aisle. Instead she told me that it might say they have it but they usually don’t and I need to order them online, because they don’t carry them. I went to my car and then thought about something else I could use since I was here. When I came back in I ended up on the other end of the craft isle and the second skid. What did I see GLUE GUN MATS! LOTS OF THEM! Now what if I had just left? If she wouldn’t have had the isle blocked I would have found them the first time, because I would’ve had the ch
