Have been a customer for chemicals and some services for more than 20 years. BUT just a week ago we had them change our liner. Let me tell you, they went beyond expectations!! What a great job and very efficient/ professional! We were speechless when we got home from work and it was done and operational!

Thanks to Jeff and Amy we have a beautiful custom pool like no other. The pool was completed in February 2016. We have a B&B in Naples Florida and our guests are in awe of the natural beauty of the pool. It fits our country setting perfectly. The construction was a terrible problem because of the high water table at the time it was built. Dolphin Pools was able to deal with all the problems and complete the pool in a timely fashion. This is a first class company with talented professionals.

Do not use this company to open, close, or service your pool. The owner is rude, aggressive, and refuses to take accountability for mistakes his team makes. To schedule an appointment is impossible, they disregard your availability; and only want to come when it’s most convenient for them. After paying a lot of money, I’m now left with a pool I can’t use because of a mistake that the company’s techs made and the owner refuses to take accountability for and instead is asking for additional monies. Response to Owner: The owners’ response is not accurate, and simply not telling the truth about what happened which further proves my point that the customer doesn’t matter for this business. Jeff, Dee, & Jenn have always been extremely responsive & helpful And a BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOHN, the on site tech whose knowledge, concern, & friendly nature always appreciated & with that he manages to troubleshoot & resolve whatever issues may arise

Had an above ground pool installed several years back. Immediately started having issues with the liner coming off the top. It didn’t look right and I was assured the liner was the correct size for the 52 inch pool. Technicians came at least 5/6 times trying to stretch the liner using my buckets of hot water. Did not work, so they started wedging it to the wall. I finally decided this year to put in a new liner. In the process , I found out that a 48 inch liner was put in the 52 inch pool which is why it didn’t lay right and kept falling. Left message via email for the owner to call and no response. Just sent 2nd request
