Domestic Cleaning Company

Domestic Cleaning has been the best cleaning service we have had since purchasing our first rental house in 2002. We first signed with them in 2015 and have had no complaints about the cleanliness of the houses from our guests. Cheryl and Vic have been very responsive and I love that I can call or text Cheryl and get an immediate answer. I do highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning service.

We have been fortunate enough to find a cleaning company that not only does a great job cleaning our rental unit, but also understands the importance of communication and working together to create a partnership where we create a win-win. Cheryl, who I have communicated directly with over the past many years, goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled and that we know our place is taken care of and she is amazing. After working with so many different cleaning companies on the island over the past 20 years it's hard for me to express the amount of relief and weight that is lifted off of me in working with DCCI.

We have been using Domestic for 3 years. They are very reliable - 100% consistent in arriving on time and have never missed a scheduled cleaning. They are also very thorough. We get great reviews from guests. If ever something is not right or not to a guest’s expectations they take action right away to correct it. They also inform us if anything has been broken or damaged at our place. Highly recommend Domestic for your own needs as a property owner or for your rentals.

Eric was the first person I called when my family became owners of a second home and in need of professional cleaning services in June 2019. While we couldn’t work together right away because my condo complex wasn’t then in his catchment area, Eric was a top notch professional, caring, personable, and provided great advice on what to look for when choosing a cleaning service company. Fast forward to September 2020: we have re-connected; DCCI now provides cleaning services to units in my condo complex and I have signed up for services beginning in October.
