Dominion Comfort Solution

My heat went out, just as Temps were consistently in the 30's at night. I called my warranty company, bought some space heaters, electric blankets and prepared for the BS. I was frustrated because this was 2 days before Thanksgiving. The following Monday Leslie came out to look at the system, and let me know the problem. He explained what was going on and showed me the pictures. He made his report, and the warranty company denied me. He offered to work with me to get a new system installed. He and another guy came out in the freezing cold and installed my new system. I'm thankful for them, so very much.

Like many other reviews, I was assigned this company by my home warranty company. Over the course of one week, Leslie missed three scheduled appointments and had very poor communication/responsiveness. Even when stressing I had no heat with 2 small children and an elderly family member at home, Leslie ghosted my appointment again. I was forced to find another vendor, who called me within 5 minutes of the claim being assigned and came to my house 3 hours later. If you want a professional job done and don’t want to waste your time, avoid Dominion Comfort Solutions.

My hot water heater needed repair and Dominion was contracted thru my home warranty. I cannot say I had a good experience with my home warranty, however, the technical service and customer service from Leslie from Dominion was 5 star! He went above and beyond in patience, support and follow up while I was dealing with my home warranty. I was so impressed with his attitude and his prompt response over the weekend. I'd definitely contact them again for future needs and recommend them to others, making sure to request Leslie.

I had to schedule with Dominion Comfort Solutions through my home warranty service and the experience was terrible. I continuously followed up to ensure my claim would be taken care of yet no technician ever called me or came to my property. I spoke to them several times on the phone but when I contacted my home warranty service, Dominion comfort stated my claim wasn’t worked because I didn’t confirm with the technician. Extremely unprofessional behavior, if they can’t manage how to use a phone, they probably can’t manage to fix anything in your property. Definitely a company to avoid.

Leslie started out great and was very responsive because he wanted to obtain our business. He was very responsive and even kinda overbearing at first. We ended up giving him a chance and had both systems replaced including the furnace. 4 systems were installed over 16k dollars in work paid in full back in July. He scheduled maintenance for October and he never showed. When we reached out he kept saying he would make it right. It's now almost the end of November and he has ghosted us on over 5 appts. Do not use this company if you want honest work done. We had faith at first but he has shown us these previous reviews were correct. Shame on you Leslie! We trusted you, even with knowing our situation you still did us dirty. Karma is something else though!
