Donahue's Heating & Cooling

On the coldest day of the year...these guys installed a new Carrier Infinity heating and air conditioning system for us. We felt so bad they were out there in -8 degree weather for 6 hours, but they kept at it knowing we didnt have heat. All of them were super nice and very knowledgeable from start to finish. Cannot say enough about this company and their team. Great company, great product. Highly recommend.

I am a local general contractor of Latrobe and Donahue’s heating and cooling does all our work for our new construction and new house additions. As a contractor with a strict schedule to keep, Donahue’s understands and executes. Between the communication and quality work, I would never use anybody else. The owner takes pride in his trade and will never settle but for the best. I trust this company and their values so much that they are doing my heating and cooling for my new home build. Never had an issue with Donahue’s. 5 stars is not enough to give them.

The Donahue team was very responsive on one of the coldest days of the year. Our furnace stopped working and Donahue was able to send a technician that morning. He quickly assessed the problem and the part was ordered. Technicians arrived the next afternoon with the part and it was replaced quickly. Very good service and very friendly people. THANK YOU!

Worst snow of the season and our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. They came within 2 hours of our phone call. The technician Caleb was very professional and thorough, explained the diagnostics and his plan. He was able to quickly correct the problem and did checks for safety before leaving. We would highly recommend Donohue's and Caleb.

The first call we made to them it was urgent. They told us it would be 300 just for them to show up after hrs but cheaper during which was 117 so we called next day and they sent someone out. We made them aware that a filter in the pump needed looked at and they said no there’s no filter in the pump and they replaced the nozzle and a different filter and said it wasn’t getting oil because we didn’t have enough oil. (We knew there was enough to get to the furnace). The asked them again to check the pump and they ended up stumped and called another tech out only for that other tech to say we needed more oil. They seemed like they just wanted to leave instead of addressing our concerns and my hubby decided to take apart tye pump and guess what. There was a filter that was filled with gunk. C
