Mike came out to replace a sensor switch in our furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had just gotten home from work and he had the part changed before I could even get back downstairs to check in, and our heat is finally working once again. Although he was running a bit behind today, he kept us informed on his estimated timeline throughout the day. I will be calling him again for any of my future HVAC needs.

Mike with the heating and air experts was fantastic. We called after hours and he was at our home in less than an hour. We had no ac all day and he was able to get it repaired, running, and give a thorough explanation of what the issue was! He is also working with our warranty company to get the costs reimbursed.
