Don's Plumbing

We had a recent basement flood due to a clogged basement drain due to several days of heavy rains. We had tried calling some other plumbing services recommended on a Facebook community page, but none got back to us very quickly (one called me back today- 9 days later!). Don was quick to respond and came out within an hour of speaking with him. He quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. He was very personable throughout. It was slightly pricey, but for same-day and after-hours service he came out, and we realize this will cost a little more. My boyfriend and I were very happy with the service received, and so relieved to have the issue taken care of same-day (we had tried to fix it ourselves for several hours to no avail). Have used Don's services for nearly 30 yearrs without disappointments. He is prompt on answering requests and sticks with the job until completed successfully or all options for repair are exhausted. When repairs require more than a normal plumber's tools and equipment, his recommendations of who to follow on with are s[ot on. I've recommended Don's services to friends and my rather large number of family that lives in the area, and they use him regularly. For service, cost, timelyness and honesty, I'd recommend Don's Services to everyone.

Don returned the call at the end of the day that I called. He worked us into his next day schedule. Spent a few hours clearing all our weeping tiles and stopped the flooding in the basement. Very good to work with. My wife complimented his professionalism.

Check the Yelp reviews too. This guy thinks his time is worth more than my lawyer. Only good thing is the quick response to my initial inquiry so I know not to waste my money here.

My family has been going to Don forever. Always great work and great communication.
