My name is William Perry and I want to say Mr. Michael Kyle is very prompt in his client services! My window was 8 to 5 he was at my house by 9:30am and I really appreciate that. Mr Kyle is very personable, friendly and very honest. He is not pushy he does not intimidate you. Mr. Kyle is a professionals professional! He is patient and listens to the customers concern and he took good care of me. I trust this man and I really appreciate all his hard work. Because of my expreience I will stick with Door Pro America for my garage needs!

I ordered my door through Costco. I received a call to schedule the install and the installer Matt was great. He arrived on time and immediately got to work, he was very professional and knowledgeable about our new garage door. He cleaned up the little bit of mess he made and answered my questions without making me feel silly. I don't normally write reviews but I was really impressed with the service I received from Matt. I will definitely recommend getting garage doors through Costco and if possible ask for Matt to install your door.

The garage door is beautiful! Originally, I was apprehensive, but it all worked out well. My door was installed, the crew worked diligently, the price was more than what I wanted to pay, but the curb appeal is great. I have received so many compliments on my new garage door.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, because I feel there’s all this pressure to have a five star experience, even if your experience wasn’t five star. So the fact that I’m leaving this at all tells you something. I could not have had a better experience with Door Pro America, and specifically, their technician Vince. I got my door installed through them via Costco about six years ago. I had a broken spring unexpectedly during the holiday season, and from making the appointment, to the end of the technician visit, the whole experience was quick and, dare I say….enjoyable. Vince was the kindest, nicest technician I’ve ever had at the house. He explained everything, seemed to really understand what he was talking about, and left me his card so that I can schedule with him personally for next time

Door Pro America has maintained my residential garage door for the past few years. They do an awesome job at a reasonable rate. Their technicians are all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Door Pro America!
