Rey was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He helped us not only figure out what the issue was with our AC, but give us options on how to fix it from fastest and cheapest to most extensive and expensive. He helped us make a plan for addressing the issue quickly with a plan for longer term solutions down the line. I always recommend Dr. Watts and Rey is an excellent part of the team.

Mr. Joshua Greene was the electrician that installed our bathroom vent fan. He did outstanding work and was good at explaining what the job details. The only thing that bothered me was the price, even though the price was shown to me and agreed to, I felt the price was a little high but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Mr. Green's work anytime.

I hired Dr. Watts to install a Tesla Wall Connector at my home. While this seemed like a relatively simple job — something I could’ve done myself — I opted to have it professionally installed for peace of mind. The technician who arrived initially appeared knowledgeable but acted as though he had never seen a Tesla Wall Charger before — which surprised me, given how common they’ve become. He was young and seemed somewhat inexperienced. The quoted price was $750, which struck me as steep considering the parts cost around $150 and the panel was relatively close by. Still, I was paying for quality and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the contractor undersized the breaker by 10 amps, and the way the conduit was interfaced with my home was crude and poorly finished. Is the work functional? Yes.

I hired dr watts to come out and install some electrical in a new addition. The price was less than I was expecting which was an awesome surprise. Gerardo was the technician and his apprentice was Trey. They both were very pleasant and respectful the entire time. Going above and beyond to help us out at the end of the day. I continue to use Dr. Watts for the guarantee they stand behind their work and every employee I have dealt with is mature and professional on every level. 10/10 recommend!!

Jerl did a complete inspection of my electrical and explained what needed to be done.Very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to do the electrical repairs the same day. He also did troubleshooting on my HVAC system. Again he explained to me, in terms I could understand, what needed to be fixed. My heating/cooling has been an issue since I bought the house. He found places where there was little or no insulation in the attic. They scheduled that work 5 days later.
