DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!! I know this is a long post, but the following is an account of exactly why you shouldn't. To begin with, he took $300 from my 71 year old mother to clean out the gutters and replace a piece of siding on our house. This was in mid-May. He proceeded to give us excuse after excuse about why he couldn't come to complete the job, including: -His daughter was taken to the hospital for seizures. Sorry Mr. Drake if that was too personal, but just in case there are any more suckers out there who hire you, you can't use that one again. -The weather -His dog died -He got my mom mixed up with another customer -And then finally, he showed up to do the gutters, but couldn't do the siding because the piece flew off his truck on the way to our house. As many have said all ready. Promises you the moon and then doesn't return to finish his work. What he promised was 500.00 and 2 days work. Ended up being 800.00 and he still wont come back and complete the job. It has been several weeks and making several excuses why he hasn't came back. We paid him for the work. I bought almost all the materials. He kept wanting me to go purchase everything he needed for the job and I thought that should be included in his job. I didnt know what i was to buy for the job. We still need trim on the counter and not sure the sink even works right still. He put some sort of stuff around the sink and its hard to even get off. He brought a sink that didnt even fit and left it there. Im sure he got it off of someone else. He says lots of things and follows th

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Hired Drakes Handyman Service to remove attic insulation/put down new (Small spaces), Mudding of walls, and pallet wood on the ceiling. Brian seemed professional at first. He wanted and received 75% of the money for the work within the first week and a half. Then everything seem to come to a halt. He had lots of excuses as to why he would not be working, he started just dropping people off to do the work one guy stayed for 20 mins. I would express my concerns of the quality of work I was seeing and he ensured me that it would be corrected and done right, but only seemed concerned about getting his money! You can see in the photos the poor work that was left. He asked for half of his final payment before the work was complete. (Which was not given and honestly we

Absolute nightmare. Promises the moon and delivers crap. When he shows up, it’s usually after 10 AM. Will promise to be there on Monday and not show up all week. Late in the game, against my better judgement, I paid him to install an expensive new kitchen sink. He used none of the hardware to secure the sink to the countertop and instead glued the sink in place, then applied a messy silicone caulk around the sink. Took an entire day to install and two days after the fact I had water pouring into the cabinet below. A certified plumber was able to fix it, but won’t touch the botched sink installation because it would probably require an entire new countertop. He had one painter that worked his butt off and did a great job, but otherwise this was an awful experience.

Great guy does spend quality time making sure his job is done and done to the payers standards! He’s done my floor in my home and bathroom! He takes pride in his work I will be a returning customer!
