I called on a Thursday because my heater was not working. They got me in that afternoon. When the tech (Evan) left it was working just fine. The next morning, it had gone out again and wouldn't come back on. I called first thing Friday morning, and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Evan worked diligently to find the issue (it was elusive). He had to leave to get a part. Within 5 minutes of him installing it, I had heat again. No issues since. Evan was efficient, friendly, clean and honest. Highly recommend.
