David was very polite and helpful. True Comfort arrived on time twice (once on an emergency situation without heat during snow storm). David was explained what he was looking at and what he was doing. He never tried to upsell anything and was genuinely concerned about getting the units working properly. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing their A/C or heat fixed.

My daughter's heating system completely failed on a bitterly cold Friday, leaving her home without any heat during extreme winter temperatures. We immediately contacted the original installer of the unit and requested emergency service. They scheduled a technician for the next day, but unfortunately, no one showed up. After several hours past the schedule service visit, we received a text rescheduling for yet another day—leaving us in a tough spot with no heat. I called them, and to my relief, technician David Gregory arrived just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in clear, detailed terms, and fixed the issue on the spot—

True Comfort is the perfect name for this company. I cannot say enough about my experience with them today. David was courteous with calling with an ETA. He was honest about the issue with my heating problem and explained the issue well. This company did not cancel/reschedule/cancel, like ARS did, which would have left me with no heat for over 48 hours in plummeting temperatures. Even with the snow on the ground, David came to the rescue. He communicated with my father over the phone, as I have no idea about anything to do with HVAC. I would trust this company with my grandparents, my parents, friends, etc. I will be recommending this company to everyone around.

True Comfort of the Carolinas has been our company of choice for more than 20 years. Last week we had a problem with the HVAC and Jason responded immediately. He assessed the problem and fixed it. We asked about the pros and cons of simply replacing the unit it was over 25 years old. Independently, without any pressure at all, we decided to go ahead and replace. The technicians arrived within a week. They were wonderful. They came early and got right to work.They were a great efficient team who clearly took pride in their work. Pleasant to us and respectful of our home, answered our questions. Left without a trace of debris. As usual, it was a positive True Comfort experience
