This company is the truth! They are honest and thorough. I’ve had a certain company come to my house and try to convince me that I needed a new system. I didn’t believe it, so I gave Superior Heating and Air a call. Originally the date of service was later in July but I needed something soon, as I was leaving for vacation soon. The receptionist was far more than accommodating, she managed to squeeze me in the next day. I received a phone call and text message beforehand to notify me that Curtis would be on the way soon- he arrived shortly after the call. Curtis was so kind and extremely professional. He even took the time to make sure that I understood the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Our AC went out around seven on a Monday night and we were lucky They had an opening between 930 and 11 the next day. Curtis showed up very professional, was very helpful and knowledgeable and fixed our problem right away. Highly recommend
