From the outset I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the dispatcher (Breanna) and the office manager (Kizzie). They communicated everything efficiently and effectively. Upon arrival, the techs were clean, precise, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. They fixed the problem fairly quickly and provided top tier advice on how to prevent other issues with outdoor outlets. Also, they came highly recommended from a trusted source. McClerklin’s did a number smaller repairs/projects for us and was great to work with. They were able to schedule us quickly for the evaluation and work, and communication was great throughout the process. The technician who did the work, Tim, was very courteous and professional and did a great job. We would definitely use them again.
Mr. Corey and Mr. Tim were absolutely AMAZING!!! Their company was recommended to me by the folks who did the original wiring in my house. I needed two rooms wired for ethernet connectivity. I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided. The electrician communicated clearly before and during the appointment, showed up exactly on schedule, and handled the installation efficiently. They walked me through what they were doing, made sure everything was up to code, and tested everything before leaving. The workmanship is excellent, and they were respectful of my home throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional electrical work!!!!
