Dry Fast of Lexington - Water Damage Restoration

Andrew has been to my house twice now for separate basement flooding incidents, and both times he has been absolutely phenomenal. After the first experience, there was no hesitation at all—I knew exactly who to call the second time. Andrew is professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and calm in what can be a very stressful situation. He explains everything clearly, does thorough and high-quality work, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s rare to find someone you trust immediately and then trust even more the second time around, but Andrew exceeded expectations on both visits. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

After recent water damage to our basement, I was recommended to call Andrew at Dry Fast after receiving an estimate from another company. I am so thankful I did! Despite being extremely busy and working with my hectic schedule he came out on a Sunday to conduct an inspection. To my surprise he arrived slightly ahead of time and came prepared to immediately start the mitigation. Him and his crew did a great job! The other company we received an estimate from wanted to immediately tear out 2 ft of drywall across the entire basement. Andrew was able to dry everything out and determine that besides a couple small areas, no drywall needed to be removed. After a hard rain flooded our basement on a Sunday, we called Dryfast on Monday and Andrew came out that day to get the water out of our basement. Andrew was very good at communication, which I appreciated so much. He would call or text to keep me updated on the job which made me feel confident and comfortable that it was getting done properly. I have had such bad luck with contractors that it was nice to have one do what they actually said they would do. I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again.

Andrew and his crew at Dry Fast are as good as they come. We had a pipe burst under our shower. Once it was discovered the burst was under the shower and that would need to be removed and the area needed to be tested for water detection, Andrew was at our house within a few hours. Andrew and Dry Fast took a chaotic situation at our house and made us feel better, secure, and taken care of incredibly quickly. Andrew constantly checked-in with us over the course of 4 days until the time our house was dry and good to go. He also worked directly with our insurance company to authorize payment. If you EVER need help with water removal or damage, this is the company for you.

We recently used Dry Fast for a water leak we had due to a pipe that burst in our garage. Andrew came out immediately to get the remediation process started. He was very straightforward, honest, and kept us informed through the entire process. Either Andrew or someone from his team was out almost daily to check the status of the drying process. They put up a barrier when removing tile and did an excellent job cleaning up any mess that was made. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of water remediation.
