I had a very good experience with Dan and his team from D&S. I had a small leak in the chimney area and he came out right away, diagnosing some brick deterioration and a crack in the concrete cap. He offered a very economical solution and while doing the fix thoroughly cleaned the roof which had some mold/algae accumulation and lots of debris from overhanging branches. My 15 yr old roof now looks like new, the chimney is sound, and the leak is gone. Highly recommend.

I have used D&S for several years now to do a number of roof repairs as well as general repairs and remodeling. The roof repairs have been great with no issues and all the remodeling turned out awesome. Everyone who works for Dan is great and friendly. They do great work and at an affordable price.
