Victor and his crew did an amazing job, even better than we imagined! We needed the edges along our new driveway and patio filled in and the roots were protruding from our large maple tree in the backyard. The backyard was a mud pit mess. There's now a beautiful retaining wall around the tree and sod over the mud pit. Many areas in the yard were also graded and resloped for proper drainage. Used them last year, which started off great, then by the end of the year it was not so good. We had them mulch and bed edge in the Spring, then fertilize and weed the beds over the season. Fall cleanup was somewhat of a disaster...they cut our lamp post electrical line, damaged drainage pipe, were not too apologetic about it, nor did they fix the issues completely. In looking to re-engage in 2022, Nicole gave me an initial quote, then changed all the prices citing worker wages and would not honor the original quote. I asked for an updated quote and was told by Nicole "We're going to decline". Yup, they bailed...now I am left looking for a new landscaper. Not professional, at least the man that was working in our area. . Parked vehicle in middle of street and was completely rude, yelling and swinging arms when asked to move so I could get home. He had plenty of room to move & vehicle was running he wasn’t working.Called cops because I was actually afraid of his demeanor towards me.
