Duane is great! He came right away and now I can go visit my family for the holiday. Such a nice and knowledgeable guy. I am so thankful. He is also very honest and reasonable prices. I now have my go to plumber.

I had an emergency plumbing situation on a holiday weekend the day a major freeze was coming. I called several recommended plumbers. Duane responded quickly, came out when he said, inspected the situation and repaired it immediately. He shared his concern that it be completed before the freeze. He was excellent, very reasonable in pricing and truly cares about his local clients. I recommend Duckett without hesitation-- a local professional who does excellent work!

After Hurricane Helene I was checking my crawlspace for mold and found a leak. I called Duckett Plumbing INC. of Fletcher NC (Not to be confused with LLC who is in SC.) The owner, Duane, was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and did quick work for a fair price. I asked him about some other jobs I would like done. He quoted me 1/4 of the price that another company quoted. Good old country values! I will use again and highly recommend!

Needed a leaking outside water faucet replaced and after a few references, decided to call Duane Duckett. Duane came out, knew exactly what needed to be done and had the whole job finished inside of an hour—excellent work and very reasonable. I highly recommend Duane for any of your plumbing needs. Well, like a lot of things now a days, I developed a small leak in the shut-off valve, for the main water supply, to my house.
