Palmetto Bath was very professional. It is clear that customer service is important to them. They took everything out and to the dump that they removed, replaced all the rotting wood and treated it. The one man crew cleaned everything up and was neat and tidy. The owner/sales rep was helpful and payed great attention to detail and made sure everything was done properly. Our shower is beautiful. We love it. The price was definitely competitive. The new sinks and countertop turned out beautiful!!

I chose Palmetto Bath after seeing they had great reviews with a 4.5-star average, and they absolutely lived up to it. They called me right after I submitted my request and scheduled an appointment that same week. We knew our remodel would be a challenge due to previous work done by family friends, but Palmetto Bath handled everything perfectly. My husband is currently serving in the U.S. Army, and since we’ll be moving soon, I wanted to create an easy-to-clean, stress-free bathroom for my mother-in-law. I wanted to remove all the grout, add a shower pan, and include a bench for accessibility as she gets older. Palmetto Bath explained their vision clearly, and I immediately felt confident moving forward. They were able to start ASAP so my mother-in-law wouldn’t have to manage the project

We met this contractor at the Hendersonville Apple Fest. Although we were casually considering a bath upgrade, after I met with Mason, I knew we needed to move forward with the project. Mason was professional, candid and helpful when we met to discuss the bathtub conversion. We wanted to convert our small shower into a closet and convert our (rarely used) garden tub into a walk in shower. We met with one other contractor to compare estimates and options. We took a few weeks but finally decided to sign the contract with Palmetto Bath. They worked with me to pick out exactly what I wanted.
