Carson and his team did a wonderful job replacing/refinishing our hardwoods damaged by Helene. The low VOC waterbased stain had no odor and the dustless sanding left little residue. Carson's crew is highly skilled at matching/weaving old and new wood. You would have no idea a sizable portion of our white oak floor boards were replaced. Great communications, good prices, and exceptional work.

Carson and his crew did an amazing job helping to give our 1950's home an update. We had a gap between our living room and kitchen where we had a wall removed and had fake wood flooring in two rooms that we wanted to match the rest of the house. They replaced the fake wood floors, tightened up the floor boards, and refinished the whole house with a natural finish. We can't tell where the old wall was at all. The new natural finish looks great! They did a wonderful job and we can't believe how good our house looks. WNC Precision Flooring is really good at what they do and we highly recommend them!

We had Carson & his crew refinish our old red oak floors and patch where a wall was removed and floor vents abandoned. We wanted to go lighter and more natural plus water based and are extremely happy with how they turned out. Communication was excellent and Carson knew what we wanted for a stain and delivered! We are so happy and will use him again if ever the need arises again.

Great experience working with these start to finish!! We are so pleased with how everything turned out. Carson and his team answered all of our questions both quickly and thoroughly. They were great about scheduling and being flexible with our busy work/life and having young kids. Their pricing was very reasonable and definitely well worth considering how pleased we are with our new floors!! Their was no chemical smell when we came home and no residual dust (which we were timid about initially). I would highly recommend these guys for Amy of your hardwood floor needs!!

I can see why this company has a perfect 5-star rating. Carson and his crew are amazing. Great communication, everything on schedule, and most importantly, they did great work. My floors look brand new. Carson even suggested I didn't need as extensive of refinishing which saved me money even when they made less from the job. I wish every tradesperson and their crew were this great. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, but won't need to because they did such a great job it will probably last a lifetime. If you are getting your wood floors refinished, hire this company. You will not regret it.
