I was very impressed with the customer service and repair provided. I was able to schedule a same day service visit and have the leak repaired quickly. Nate and his co-worker were professional and skilled. They explained the issue and kept us informed of their progress. I would recommend Duell Plumbing & Heating to anyone needing their services.

Nate and Donna were incredible to work with. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and precise. Originally had them out for some minor plumbing issues and while here discussed some other things going on at the house. Nate was able to diagnose and proposed a plan to get everything back in working order. He went above and beyond with some furnace issues we were experiencing and got everything up and running good as new! I highly recommended their service to anyone who is in need of plumbing or HVAC work. Duell will be my go to for any future issues or projects! Thanks again Nate and Donna!

I fell cost is way too expensive for a job that took less than 60 seconds , never turned a wrench, did not replace any existing parts. Tate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good for your business. As seniors on limited income the fees were high. We struggle to keep ahead of rising cost.

Nate and Dan did tremendous work on installing a new power vent gas water heater in place of our old leaking boiler - their work was crisp and thorough and they thoroughly explained all the technical elements of the work —— given the emergent nature of the leaking boiler they made time to do the work on the same day as I made the call to the office ———- couldn’t be happier - thanks so much guys! I will definitely call Duell again for future work!!
