We had a great experience with Dugan Heating and Air during our recent winter HVAC checkup at our home in Trafalgar. Mark, the technician, did an excellent job. He really took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and was very attentive and thorough while inspecting everything. You can tell he truly cares about doing things right, not just rushing through the visit. He performed our routine maintenance, cleaned out the humidifier filter, replaced the furnace air filter, and gave us a few helpful suggestions to keep the system running efficiently through the winter. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to — exactly what you want in a service tech. Very happy with Dugan overall and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

We were able to schedule an appointment with Dugan after business hours when our furnace stopped working. Dugan was able to send their technician, Dillon, out the very next morning. Dillon and his assistant did a thorough investigation of our system to determine the problem, and were able to do the work the next day. We were pleased with the quality of the work, and Dillon answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns in a forthright manner. Both Dillon and his assistant were polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable.

I had a complete replacement on furnace and a/c. Great team. Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, efficient, in and out quickly. I was offered financing and a warranty, with two visits a year to clean and maintain system. I Will definitely advise my family and friends to consider this family owed and Christian business. I called Dugan Air Heating and Cooling this morning as our system seemed to be having trouble keeping up. I spoke with a very kind and professional lady on the phone who was able to schedule me same day for one of the technicians to look at our furnace. Corey was at our house by early afternoon and did a thorough job looking over the furnace and making some adjustments. We ended up signing up for a maintenance package and really appreciated that he was informative but not pushy at all regarding what he recommended. My husband and I would highly recommend Dugan Air Heating and Cooling!
