On June 22, 2024, our A/C unit starting making a loud grinding sound. I did a Google search and came across Patriot Heating & Air Conditioning. I called them after reading their multiple 5-star reviews. Even though it was late in the day on a Saturday, the owner, Rob, came out to our house. He checked everything and gave us several options to choose from. The pricing he provided to us was very reasonable and he was a terrific guy...explaining everything to us and very personable. I would definitely recommend Patriot!

My furnace wouldn't kick on one Saturday night in late December 2020 and I was in desperate need of help. My friend Lori recommended Patriot Heating&A/C. Rob came out same day that I called him, even on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. After inspection, he figured out that my furnace needed a new motor but thank God didn't need a new furnace (it's 9.5yrs old) and that he could get it by next day, which he did. He came next day and installed it for me and it works great. Happy with his services. Would recommend! Thanks Rob!

Rob returned my call within minutes and came to my house within an hour and fixed my air conditioning problem expertly and reasonably. He took the time to review my whole heating and air conditioning setup and designed and quoted a much needed replacement system. The quote was thorough and reasonable and Rob described the whole process including problems that might arise and how they would address them. He made sure to thoroughly understand what my needs were and asked questions to be sure he was designing what I wanted. He didn’t pressure me one way or another about any equipment or feature. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Rob came out and did a dryer vent sweep at our house, and he did a great job! Very fast and friendly service! July 2019--Rob and the team at Patriot came out to our house to review and diagnose a problem with our A/C system. He took extra time to look at the unit, make phone calls and web searches to make sure we were getting the best price for the repair. Rob told us the part was still under warranty and the repair was less than we thought! I am now using Patriot for my furnace/AC system from now on!

This is not a review of a single visit by a technician. Rather, it tells a story of years. Rob has been THE MAN for my AC/heating needs for several years, & has been here numerous times. He has never failed to be on time, courteous, friendly, & very knowledgeable about what he does. I'm a good distance from their office but that makes little difference, my system gets fixed quick enough you'd think they were based next door. To the point, they do it right, they do it fast, & my wallet doesn't echo after it's done. Good deal.
