Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

My furnace went out. They warned me and I decided to push it to see if I could make it through the winter. I lost the gamble. I went to another company, (because they advised 52 dollars a month) and I was immediately disqualified because I live in a mobile home. On the fine print, it didn't say anything about that otherwise I'd stick with Summer's. (The coupon is the only reason I went with this other reputable company). But I decided to give them a shot. The guy that came out lied and quoted me 2 grand more than summer's. He was also being very unprofessional about the loan I would need. Well, I went back to Summer's and I was quoted 2 grand less, and despite I left them, (even though they didn't know) they were still professional, friendly, respectful when they were replacing my furnace

Adam and Robin finished up with our duct cleaning yesterday and did incredible job. They were both so professional and pleasant to talk with. They explained everything they were doing and how the duct cleaning system worked. I just can't say enough about how happy were with their work. They're just two great guys. I'm always happy to recommend Summers to friends or neighbors. Thank you!!!

Furnace quit working 24 hrs ago. We were very happy with the time frame in which they could respond considering the winter storm. Garrett was very knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately it was not as easy of a fix as hoped. The part needed was not in stock. Hopefully we will have a resolution quickly. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful.

I awoke the morning before nasty weather was coming in. No water but the pump was constantly running in the cellar. With the frigid temps and nasty wind chills, I shut turned the pump off, went looking for water to get me through, and waited while the 14 inches of snow fell. I expected frozen/broken pipes but was pleasantly surprised , it was the water softener. Since I waited for warmer weather, I replaced it and completed other plumbing changes needed. The tech was an experienced plumber. He answered my with questions and worked efficiently. I’m pleased with the results and look forward to a better results from my system with the changes completed.

I called to get help with our dthermostat. T’Ali was able to get Jacob, Technician, to us on the same day. Jacob was very knowledgeable about our thermostat and was able to help us select a thermostat that would better suit our needs. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and very professional.
