Cannot recommend Marshall Mechanical enough! The entire team was amazing from start to finish- Pam was proactive and communicative in our scheduling process, Mike was so respectful and knowledgeable about the system and was open to all of the questions I asked- he went above and beyond! Kayla was so kind and supportive in assisting with next steps. Great experience overall!

Wonderful service! Caden and Coen located the problem, made the repair and stayed to be sure everything was working properly. Personable, efficient and professional. Bethany set up the service call and was also so friendly and efficient. She gave us a time frame and texted when the repairman were encounter. Also got a call from our repairman with a time of their arrival. Definitely will be our go to company for all future needs. Great job!

Kayden (sp?) is the best! He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains himself well. He is also polite, pleasant, and professional. He is just the kind of guy you feel comfortable letting into your house as a Service Tech. Call Marshall and ask for them to send Kayden:)

I was refered Marshall Mechanical by a colleague whom I trust very much and have a great respect for his opinion, so I gave them a call. Joe came out to inspect and quoted us a few different options which was very much appreciated. We didn't feel pressured or that they were trying to upsell us anything. Just a no-bones-about-it quote. Once we decided to go with the option we picked, Joe and his team got us in the books less than a week later. The team that showed up for install was punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They cleaned up, went through all the ins and outs with us, gave us items they noted could use some love down the road and gave us a packet with all of our warranty docs and other important papers. The system runs great and we expect many great years of use

The technician was prompt to my home for the appointment. He was able to remedy an issue with the unit. Also to explain and clearly show me how to do some minor maintenance on my Mitsubishi Mini Split heating and air conditioning unit. Was a very good service experience.
