Johnson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

When my water heater sprung a leak I called these guys and within an hour they here to give me a quote. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The Service Tech Coty gave us two options, and explained the pros and cons of each. Today (2/13/26), he and Andrew came to install our new tankless water heater. They have both been helpful, courteous, and polite. We are very happy with the results thus far, and will reach out to Johnson again in the future if need be. Both gentlemen were helpful and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Jade and Erik were very friendly and thorough with my plumbing and hvac system maintenance. I will choose Johnson as long as I own a home. Everyone is always so kind and personable and empathetic to life happenings. Thank you Johnson for scheduling my plumbing and hvac maintenance in the same day so I didn’t waste a whole day off. It was also helpful in getting my spring cleaning going. I will recommend Johnson anytime I am asked. I tried to do separate reviews for each tech but google wouldn’t allow it or I might not know exactly what I am doing. Lol!

The service technician did a great job finding the issue and had the part on hand to repair. The service fee was 89.00 to show up, he was here for 2+ hours. Pressure switch replacement cost between 500-600$ today.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. They were friendly and quick to get me scheduled. Cody and Jacob were both super nice guys. Friendly, professional, and didn't speak to me like I was a "dumb" woman. They were honest and transparent through the entire process. I hope i dont need plumbing services again, but if I do, I would definitely call them back. Will recommend to anyone that asks.

Blake and Tyler were awesome! Johnson took great care of me and my family. We needed help and they came through for us in a hurry. I could not have asked for better service and at a very reasonable price. Johnson is the best! I highly recommend giving them a call with any of your heating,cooling, or plumbing needs.
