These people are the best, that guy trashing Tim doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Tim jumped through hoops for me and my family.

Our central a/c Broke before a 97 degree weekend. My contractor needed a part & called them. They put it aside & I was out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Definitely come here for your plumbing & heating supplies. They may carry more categories but I only needed a part so I am not sure what else they carry but you can call them or find them on the internet. 9 Graf Rd in Newburyport exit 83 off of interstate 95.

I had a terrible experience at Dugan Supply in Newburyport, MA I had ordered parts for a Modine garage heater, and was told it would be 2 weeks before they arrived. 3 weeks later, after not hearing from them, I went in to inquire about the parts I ordered. The salesman, Tim, explained he NEVER ordered the parts, and went so far as to Laugh in my face about it... I mean Literally Laugh at me. He is a terrible, nefarious, toxic employee... So smug & condescending... I wish I could leave negative stars for this review !!!! Horrific company to deal with !!!!!

Very helpful and friendly service

The people who work there were friendly and helpful. They searched and found exactly what I wanted
