Durango Roofing

Hired Durango Roofing to put a new roof on or cabin. They subcontracted it out to another contractor who did a poor job to say the least. The pictures posted here are the ones they sent us to show the roof was done. We tried to contact them to reinspect and fix the issues only to be told they were too busy, or it was the wrong time of year. This went on for 3 years. When they finally did respond they sent the owner, who is in his 80’s an only walked around our yard looking at the roof. (Watched it all on my security camera.) Then said we had damaged the roof when we had chimney work done. That work was done before they did the roof & away from where the initial problems were and they were the only ones on it. Durango Roofing just completed our new standing seam metal roof here in Durango West II, and we love it. Everyone, Kaylee in the office, Brian who sold us the job and Manuel and his crew were all professional and a pleasure to work with. From the beginning till the job was completed we had outstanding communication, polite and professional work from everyone and now are enjoying our new roof which looks amazing. unprofessional work product, didn't clean up trash and debris after work was completed, would not return ANY phone calls and was paid in advance for all the work. Notice the TPO roofing materials in the photo. They said it wasn't their trash but the roof was an EPDM product (black) before they installed the WHITE TPO and left all their trash. Also see pooling areas near the door (big probem).

We had a new roof installed a month ago. Everyone was very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. Clean up was exceptional. We loved the crew and they were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We have a carport roof to be done next and we will call on Durango Roofing when we are ready to have that completed.
