Durhams Drilling Water Well Drilling & Pump Service

Incredible service! Called on a Sunday morning and left a message because our well pump went out. I received a callback within the hour and they were on their way to swap it out. (They don’t typically work Sundays) Upgraded/Updated everything in the process. Now we have water again and peace of mind that everything is new and was professionally installed! Highly recommend Durhams for any of your well related needs!

To give you the short of it. We purchased a home out in Silver Spring Shores Ocala, and had been having water pressure issues since about a month or so after moving in. I called my real estate broker and he got me the info for who installed my well and I gave Durhams a call. They came out same day, checked everything, found the issue was with a filter the plumber had installed, and still remedied it for me without charging me a dime. They swapped out my busted gauge from the cold weather, and even raised my pump pressure to be more inline with city water. They were amazing and I would trust them with any of my water needs!

Long story. We purchased a new mobile home approx 3 years ago. The mobile home dealer, handled all the land improvements such as well, septic etc. a “dependable “ well driller out of Bell Florida installed a Mickey Mouse well and pump. It was not done properly and we had issues from the beginning. We complained to them and they refused to make it right. Then our number must have been blocked. Our water was dirty, full of sediment and would clog filters within days. This past weekend our well collapsed . We called Durham. They came out Wednesday and confirmed that the previous driller did a poor job. Within hours they had us a new well, pump and much bigger tank. And my water is absolutely beautiful! These people are AMAZING! Please don’t waste your time and money with fly by night driller

Durhams was AMAZING. Not only were they completely down to earth, they are very knowledgeable and informative about the work that they do. They gave honest timelines and didn't beat around the bush. The crew was very professional when they came to do our well. Made sure they made minimal mess, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. All around great experience.
