Couldn't ask for better service starting at the first phone call for help to the actual repair. My Speed Queen washer needed repaired and the person who took my initial call listened to the problem. Since this was a frequent problem with these washers, she ordered my parts before the technician came to diagnose so I didn't have to wait for another appt for the repair. It was repaired the same day he came. The technician kept me updated on arrival time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend this family owned business.

Duvall was recommended to us. I called, was able to get appointment in 2 days. They called before coming out. Was on time. Our oven was not working . He told me what problem could be and a general amount. He went right to work and it was a sensor. He fixed it, put all back together. Left no mess. I was happy to have working oven again. The price I feel was very reasonable and I will definitely call them again. Also gave a 30 warranty. Oven still working great. Thank you.

Absolutely, hands-down, the best appliance repair people I have ever dealt with. They were extremely friendly over the phone and informative as to what was going on. They came to Lafayette to service my refrigerator under warranty and arrived right on time. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He came very well prepared for what he knew was wrong but then encountered something else that was wrong and unexpected, but was able to correct it as well. Even though they are about an hour and a half away from where I live I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again. Great job!

I had the company send a repairman named Karl to fix my fridge a couple months ago and had a good experience with him. I tried to call Duvall's again this past week for another fridge (rental house) first thing Friday morning left a message and didn't hear anything back. I left several messages and never got any kind of response. I understand taking a vacation but let people know if you can't call them back. Kinda stinks to loose all your refrigerated food waiting for a response.

Karl was here to repair our refrigerator and did a wonderful job. He was most professional and identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it in n a short period of time. He was punctual and very efficient. We are very happy the problem seems to be solved.
