Temperature Control Specialties

Always very nice dealing with this company. I do a lot of things around my own house, but for my air conditioning when I had issues with it, I wanted to get in the company that installed the system years ago since it was still under warranty (for parts). Our air conditioner stopped running yesterday. I called and they were here today around midday, replaced the part and we have cold air again.

An absolutely amazing company all the way around. From the receptionist to the installers and service techs they are great. We just moved into our house a year ago. Our heat pump went out in February and we had Temperature Control Specialties (TCS) out for a quote, install, and maintenance. Shaun is our Tech and he is amazing! They have the best customer service HAND DOWN. If anyone is in need of service or a new system I HIGHLY suggest this wonderful company!

I called Jeff at 8am and repairs were being made a few hours later! Shaun was great! I was worried about having repairs done with my husband out of town, but he was very professional and made me feel safe in my own home! Definitely would recommend!

We hade a new Trane HVAC system installed at our cabin. The, price was reasonable, installation was professional and timely. Highly recommend this Company. The owner (Jeff) is actively involved and very responsive.

Sean is a great tech and an even better person. Will only use and recommend TCS going forward.
