Blake was great to work with. Stopped in on a Saturday to discuss a hot tub and bought one. Its a nice upgrade to what we had before. He took care of us with a set of chemicals to get it set up, and also covered delivery costs. They were friendly and super fast. I am a new customer from now on. Thanks Jensen’s!

If I could give zero stars I would- I cannot recommend these people- high drama and high costs. I learned the hard way

We scheduled with Jensen’s for a a new liner replacement. We thought having the “experts” do it would be the best way to go. We installed our first one that lasted 12 years. Let’s just say we are so very disappointed in this decision. The two man crew showed up, rushed the job, did not remove any railing, broke several covers/caps, did not build the cove correctly. Less than a week and our liner was sagging and coming out of the bead. When we reached out to Jensen’s and we were told by the owner he would send someone. Didn’t. We drove to the store, talked to the owner directly. Promised to send someone. Didnt. Called again. Same senecio again. Took three weeks to get someone to come to fix the liner. Two weeks and it was sagging again. They tried to say we needed new bead lock, but it wa

These people are great!! Installed our pool we purchased 2 years ago. They are all very nice and treat us like family.

I just bought a hot tub from them. Blake was super helpful and I felt like the price was fair! I will definitely return for my hot tub needs.
