On Easter Sunday my barely 4 year old Kitchen Aid model KDTM354DSS5 started leaking into my lower level basement. Fortunately the basement area is still unfinished. Glad at least I found the source of the water leak. On Sunday I called a few appliance places in northern Virginia. I knew nobody was open. Especially on Sunday Easter. I just wanted to leave a message for Monday and see if I could get someone out immediately. Long story short- my washing machine needed repairs. The tech, Ahmed, came out and did the work he thought needed to be done. We later discovered something else that needed to be replaced (prohibitively expensive). I mentioned I wished that they had discovered this before I paid for the other repair. They refunded my money. I couldn't believe it. Such integrity!
