Dye is our go to for plumbing, heating and cooling and has been for years. They have a quick response time as well as staff being not only professional, but friendly and honest. They are not trying to cheat and charge you for a big job you don't need. We have never had any issues with the work they came out and performed, they always alleviated the problem. I don't know why you would call anybody else.

Had a surprise toilet issue this morning. A technician came out within an hour or so. He was very professional and courteous and finished the job in about an hour or so. I’ve always had great service from Dye, I don’t even call anybody else.

Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered questions and explained things. Very happy with installation. Cam and Mike were very nice. I felt I could trust them. Didn't seem like the installation took very long. Glad we moved appointment up, one less thing mto be concerned with.

Had some plumbing repairs and some discussion on replacing items in the home. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and got me in quickly when I made the appointment. The pricing was reasonable for the work too.

Got the job done! Also he advised me on how to reroute the condensation from a 90% plus Furnace (piece of junk) and a wall hanging hot water heater if I wanted to eliminate using the floor drain. Very knowledgeable young man. My only issue was he used the same old rusty floor drain cover, I would have loved a new one but I wasn't here when the job was done so I assume he didn't have one on the truck. I would call them again but am praying no more plumbing problems😢
