Land Heating & Air Conditioning

My ceiling was dripping on our new build. The drywaller and contractor both inspected and said it was the HVAC system. (It wasn’t. It was painfully obvious it wasn’t) so I called Land and they sent someone immediately (even though they knew it couldn’t be the system because it hadn’t been ran yet) So nice and helpful. And they satisfied my contractor by inspecting so he could keep troubleshooting the leak. 10/10. Land Heating and Cooling is the best

Furnace went out last week and by all accounts, it needed to be replaced. I reached out to various companies for quotes and Land was the first to reply. They had someone out the next morning to gather the details. I received multiple quotes from other companies. Land not only had the most competitive pricing, they had the best equipment (Trane). but even more so than that, Kennedy was hyper responsive to my many questions that I threw her along the way. Bill and his team were very detailed in their install, and cleaned up a lot of oddities that were done by a prior company. I will definitely look to them again for my future heating and air conditioning needs.

Land is an excellent HVAC company. Their customer service is great, it’s easy to get through on the phone, and wait times for appointments are not long. Both our AC and furnace checks were thorough, nice techs, and on time. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs.
